Is there anyone who does not know somebody who smokes? Everyone has a family member, friend, or colleague who smokes. If you are a smoker there are many factors that you should take very seriously; smoking is a risky habit because it leads to addiction, diseases, and high-risk pregnancy.

Addiction is one of the bad side effects and it is caused by nicotine. Once you inhale a cigarette you will then feel or want the need for another one. You may get more bad-tempered and violent behaviour and you will need a cigarette to relax. Researchers have found ways to control addictions and some have succeeded while many have failed. People at a younger age start to get addicted by the nicotine in the cigarette and this is where the problem starts.

The hazardous of smoking lead to many fatal diseases and should convince people to quit smoking. Most important reason why people should quit smoking is that many people are dying of cancer. Lung cancer is killing people if it is not detected promptly. Another reason for quitting smoking is heart disease and its consequences. For example, many people suffer from heart failure, but even though they know the dangers of smoking, they don't stop their habit until they become ill. Finally, another important reason for people to stop smoking is the risk of getting emphysema (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). This is an irreversible deadly disease that affects your lungs and the whole respiratory system.

Unborn babies with smoking mothers are more likely to die of sudden infant death syndrome. The placenta joins the mother and the baby, which is where the baby gets food and oxygen. When a mother smokes the placenta does not work as well as it have to. The babies are also more likely to be born early. When a woman smokes she is giving her child less food and oxygen, therefore, the baby will not be wealthy. It is very easy for a pregnant woman to stop smoking when the people around her don't smoke. Studies show that smoking is an unhealthy habit and can not only hurt the mother but really injure the baby.

Smokers prefer their habit, rather than their family or colleagues. They avoid the consequences of smoking. Smokers put their health in danger.

There are lot of quit-smoking methods that works well. Do yourself a favor, make this the day you became an ex-smoker. Guaranteed Methods

If you are wondering if there were any quick fixes to help you quit smoking then we only have one answer for you- commitment.

Unless you take your "I Quit Smoking!" motto, you will never be able to really stop this habit because actually, it is one of the few things that people cannot easily turn away from.

Despite of the fact that there are so many advertisements and educational materials on the effects of smoking- it is even printed on the back of the cigarette that it kills- many people are still hooked into this smoking. And despite of the number of people who have once in attempted to quit smoking, many are still unable to turn away from their old ways. But why?

As we have said, it lies in the commitment. It takes more than willingness to convince yourself that there's no point in not quitting. Smoking does not benefit anyone, not even the smoker. In fact, as we all know, smoking aggravates the worst conditions of the body and it is almost always the focal point of most diseases. It has been correlated to so many diseases that doctors would often tell you to quit smoking, if you are a smoker.

Commitment takes more than the effort to restrain yourself from getting another stick while saying- "this is my last one..." It takes more than the verbal conviction. Everything must be done with utmost consciousness.

If you begin with "I will quit smoking today", you really have to mean it. If not, you might find yourself still smoking after 20 years, after when quitting is already too late. If you really want to atop smoking, you have to begin with asking yourself the reasons why you want to quit. Then evaluate them with the reason why you don't want to quit.

It is surprising that majority of smokers truly want to quit but too few really succeed. People who are extremely addicted to smoking just accept the fact that they can't quit, thus contributing to the many excuses they think just so they would nt have to make the painful and tedious process of stopping.

Control of oneself is imperative with quitting the habit. Without this it would be impossible to even begin the process. Even if you are truly convinced that you have to stop right now, you would still find it too difficult to resist the urge of one last stick. Typical smokers have the deficiency in controlling the urge.

Smoking is partially an emotional thing. It begins with the want to be like the tough guys. For teenagers, smoking is something that adds to their alpha male perception since it is often connected with superior men. Thus, many young people are encouraged to start the habit themselves. Also, smoking help hide some insecurities that are common with teenagers. As we all know, teenage years are the lost years, this is the stage when someone doesn't know where he or she truly belongs. So to find somewhere that he can strongly associated him/herself with, some teens resort to smoking. And because it is a hard habit to break, these teenagers find themselves hooked with the habit until they finally decided to really quit...for good.

Another thing you would need when wanting to quit smoking aside from your commitment is the realization that it brings you nothing good. We can easily dispense things that lack no value for us but smoking is different. It is not like an old memory that you can dismiss once you get tired of pondering on it. Smoking is something that transforms into a part of you. So extracting something that was foreign from your system yet became integrated into yourself is not really easy. But once you realize the effects it will cause you or worse, the people around you, it would be much easier to quit smoking.

Take the "I leave it behind" attitude. To effectively help yourself in quitting your habit, you have to take the attitude that you are already at the end of the quitting process. This way, you will be bale to visualize how crippled you are during when you are still in the habit of smoking. Also, you would be able to give more focus on the slow and silent manner of your suicide.

There are lots of tings that will contribute greatly to your aim of quitting smoking but remember that it all boils down in the mind.

In this article I am going to write about the reasons why I believe people should stop smoking. I hope it proves to be an inspiration for many people who are potentially thinking of quitting these cancer sticks once and for all. Smoking does and will have a negative impact on your life if of course you continue with this nasty habit, therefore it is definately worth starting to look for the best ways to quit smoking.

I have to admit that I used to be a smoker, I was never on lets say twenty a day but was more of what people would call a social smoker. I would at that point find it very difficult to go out with my friends for a few beers without being able to smoke etc. It actually would be something that I would look forward to and at the stage I had no real reasons as to why I should not do it. After a hard and stressful week at work there was nothing better than the thought of having a pint of lager with a cigarette to go with it.

The problem started to occur when I began to buy packs of ten cigarettes in the week to take to work with me. In my mind I had thought that to smoke at work would give me the same type of pleasure that smoking did whilst drinking etc. I felt very let down when I realised that it just was not the same but for whatever reason I continued to buy and smoke them.

My colleagues at work started to comment on the fact that I was smoking and stated that my clothes really stunk of cigarettes. People in my opinion started to treat me differently, it was like I was a second class citizen. I decided that I needed to stop smoking for these and other reasons, especially as I did not really enjoy it that much apart from when I was in a bar of course.

I stopped smoking for five main reasons:

1. To save money as a packet of cigarettes costs a lot of money.

2. I did not like my clothes smelling of cigarettes.

3. Health reasons, smoking is the cause of many health problems including cancer.

4. Smoking can be a big turn off to women. I found it hard enough to meet and attract women and to give them another reason not to like me was just being stupid.

5. I wanted to be classed as a non-smoker as I felt that I was been treated like some sort of loser when I was a smoker.

It was not easy to quit smoking but it is certainly worth while, why not give it a go, you may well surprise yourself.

Stephen Hill helps to promote a number of websites including:

How to quit smoking is a real dilemma which all those smokers who decide to quit smoking face with when they try to get rid of tobacco addiction. How to quit smoking is not only a million dollar question, it is a question affecting millions and millions and their number is increasing day by day. How to quit smoking is not something that you need to take on alone, although the responsibility of quitting does ultimately belong with you.

Every smoker should decide what will be the best way to quit smoking. Learning how to quit smoking is not as hard as it seems with the new techniques available. The main problem with learning how to quit smoking is that there isn't just one cure for everyone. Learning of how to quit smoking is just a learning path. So, if you're reading this, you either fall under one of three categories:

- You're a non-smoker who is at least curious about what smoking is all about, or
- You're an ex-smoker who wants to know how my experiences are different from your own, or finally,
- You're a smoker, and learning how to quit smoking is going to come in handy one day.

Remember that the key of how to quit smoking is not the same for every smoker.

Quit

Quit smoking is a thought uppermost in the minds of most smokers, though it is a task easier said than done. Quitting smoking can be one of the most important things you can do to improve your health. It will save you thousands of dollars in medical expenses and save you heartache and anguish from not be terminally ill as a result of smoking related illnesses.

Quitting will give you better overall health and a better quality of life. If one way fails you several times, you may wish to consider trying another ways to quit smoking. In fact, one study found that those who tried to quit smoking said that their friends made it harder by offering cigarettes, harassing them, and smoking around them. Yet, another study found that peers and friends provide the support needed to quit smoking.

Finally, regardless of the type of the stop smoking medication you have decided to use, it will simply not help if you are not devoted to completely forget about smoking. The key to quit smoking is to understand the process of why you smoke, how you got into it, what it does to your body and what happens when you stop. How to quit smoking is a topic that merits an in-depth discussion. Personally, I do not believe it is hard to stop smoking.

Many people want to quit smoking. We know it is bad for us, yet it is so difficult to stop. Not all methods of quitting smoking are effective for all people. There are various methods you can use to help you quit smoking. Some are successful for some people, but we are all different so you might need to find the most effective one for you. You also need to find a way to commit to quit smoking while keeping yourself from back sliding and avoiding situations where you used to smoke. There is a method out there for you that will work for you to help you quit smoking. You just have to find it.

There are so many different methods to help you quit smoking, you should consider each one. While one may not become effective for you, another will. Sometimes you will have to try out a few different methods to find that one to help you kick the habit. Sometimes one or more methods combined together will work even better for you, especially for sticking to it in the long run.

Below are various methods that you should consider, where each one has proven to be effective for many people.

Acupuncture: Getting acupuncture as you quit smoking can help with the side effects and withdrawals that come with quitting. This method has worked for many people.

Motivation: One woman successfully quit smoking by wrapping some heavy tape around her cigarette pack. It was a reminder that she was quitting. Every time she felt like going for a cigarette she would ask herself specific questions: "Do I really need a smoke right now?", "Will I survive without one right now", and "Is it worth it to reopen the taped up pack and start again?". This worked for her. You can use your own motivational questions with this one.

Cold Turkey: This works for some people. In this method you just stop smoking suddenly and get through the withdrawals in the first three days and continue your will power to stay off of them. While this requires significant will-power of the smoker, it can be effective if the smoker is committed to quitting.

Exercise: This is something everyone should be doing anyway, but it can really help someone to quit smoking. You replace your bad habit with a good one. If you already exercise try to work a little harder (go for a daily walk, for example) and quit smoking.

Money Savings: Just think about how much money you could save if you quit smoking. This is a great motivation for a lot of people, and it works. Count how many you smoke daily on average. Take the cost of a pack of cigarettes and multiply it by how many you buy per week. Then calculate how much you spend on cigarettes every month and every year. Focus on something you really like and want for something to save your cigarette money for instead of the bad habit.

Support: Get the support you need from your family and friends. Make sure they understand that you are serious about this. Let your friends and family know that if they are not going to be encouraging about your endeavor then they should be quiet while you quit. Allow others to encourage you if they will, but don't expect them to. You are quitting for you, and you can do it.

You already know all the reasons you should quit smoking, and to really stop smoking requires a mental commitment to do so. Once you develop that mental commitment, one of the methods above or those listed at our web site can help you stop smoking.

If you want to use hypnosis to quit smoking you need to be open-minded enough to explore innovative methods. Well let me put it this way: if you have been stupid enough to start smoking, the least you can do for your body is to be open-minded enough to try out new methods to quit. Let's talk about smoking: did you know that a person's increased risk of contracting lung cancer is directly proportional to the length of time that person continues to smoke as well as the quantity smoked. Nevertheless, if someone quits smoking, then these chances will gradually diminish as the damage to their body is repaired. A year after quitting, the risk of contracting heart disease is half that of a continuing smoker. If will power is not the solution you need, find out how to do self-hypnosis to have a better control over your emotions and use hypnosis to quit smoking!

Learning how to do self-hypnosis allows you to call upon your skills whenever you feel you need them and instantly achieve the frame of mind you need without turning to cigarettes. If you are normally a heavy smoker, hypnosis will redirect your thinking patterns so that you gain a sense of self and look for the positive throughout your day.

Hypnosis can help a smoker begin to abhor the smell and taste of cigarettes, so that they're not a welcomed stress-reliever anymore. The same method works on people addicted to sweets, or those who bite their nails. Learning how to do self-hypnosis can help you alter your subconscious mind so that you redirect your usual pattern of thinking.

People suffering from OCD -Obsessive Compulsive Disorder- find hypnosis a huge relief in their lives. Instead of enduring their erratic behavior, they gain a sense of calm and peace that hypnosis provides whenever they begin feeling out of control.

Sometimes fear is what is gripping a person and not allowing them to live their lives to the fullest. Fear of flying, fear of heights - even fear of being out in public - can be crippling and restrict the activities you are able to perform that appear so normal to the rest of society.

Learning how to do self-hypnosis can help remove those irrational fears and replace them with common sense feelings so that you don't have to miss out on what life has to offer. Lighting a cigarette will definitely be a thing of the past because your mind is reset to think differently about those habits.

By seeking hypnosis as their treatment of choice, men and women are clearly expressing the desire to completely evacuate certain problems - or at the very least, bring them to a manageable level that does not interfere with their daily activities. In that light, mastering how to do self-hypnosis and use it to quit smoking is a very effective way to get quick results. That is if, finally, you want to take action.

Sophia Munoz is fascinated by brain imaging and its everyday applications. She is working on the publication of a book on hypnosis and currently explores little-known techniques every day people can use to learn how to do self-hypnosis.

How do you quit smoking? Even in these days it can be difficult to stop.History is littered with fantastical tales of momentous methods to help quit the habit. Yet, the issue remains. There is no 100% way that is certain to make you stop. But there are ways to try and begin the process. It can only make you healthier.

First of all - set the scene. Adjust your mind-set in relation to the goal. Quitting smoking is no joke. It can be hard. Accept that and you are half way there. It will require a lot of effort, dedication, and commitment. The road ahead is rough but it is a road you can travel - if you want to.

Have a reachable goal. Don't aim for targets you cannot easily reach. Mark a date. Keep to it. Make the day have special significance. Commit to it and don't lose sight of it. This is YOUR day. The start of something new and worthwhile. Treat it as such.

Get a great support group around you. Tell people about what you are doing. Shout it out from the rooftops if you want to. Sort out a plan with your friends. Take your partner through the process. Use others for your own gain - both you and they will be thankful.

Be ready for the problems - the things that will set you back. There will be problems. Accept it. Cigarettes are addictive - the thought of quitting smoking can cause serious anxiety attacks. Conquer them.

Are You Wandering Whether All These Claims Are True?

In the battle to overcome your nicotine dependency, you'll find many products on the market. It is, thus, important that anybody who claims that their product can help you to stop smoking, should produce proof that such product has been tested successfully. Cig-Arette is reputed to be among the most successful herbal medications to break the smoking habit effectively.

So what is Cig-Arette?

This is a complex mix of natural herbs. Many of these herbs have been utilized in ancient cultures to cleanse the intestines by flushing harmful substances from the system.

Some of the ingredients in Cig-Arette, among others, are..:

- Lobelia Powder - A herb that can grow in most English gardens. Lobelia powder has been affective in treating symptoms of bronchitis and various other lung infections.

- Licorice Root Powder - Licorice has been employed for centuries as a natural medication for lung related ailments. It's has similar effects as Lobelia.

- Passion Flower Powder - This splendid flower grows in North, Central and South America. It has the ability to act as a natural sedative. It has the important ability to slow down the central nervous system naturally. This is an important aspect, as one of the main features of tobacco users is a highly reactive central nervous system. This reactivity is normally depressed by cigarette smoke. Passion Flower Powder is a safe and efficient substitute to play this role successfully.

Cig-Arette, of course, has many other ingredients. Altogether there are nearly 50, but space prohibits mentioning more. The main benefit of these substances are: an enhanced immune system, decline in lung-related disease, reducing the desire for cigarette smoke and, lastly, the ultimate sense of relaxing that's achieved.

Cigarette smoking is detrimental to health and male sexuality is affected adversely. It is a scientific fact that cigarette smoking reduces male potency. Medical research show that men who smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day have nearly a 60% chance of suffering erectile dysfunction.

Erectile dysfunction

A disorder that shows up as sexual impotency in men. It manifests as an inability to maintain an erection throughout sexual intercourse. Sexual intercourse is a four-stage activity - Desire, arousal, climax and resolution. The combination of these four elements determine the degree of pleasure achieved during sexual intercourse. An significant contributory factor to pleasure and satisfaction of intimacy is the hardness of the erection. If a male has a adequately strong and sustainable erection it results in an pleasurable sexual experience.

Dirk Westhuizen is a dedicated researcher of health and weight loss foods and supplements including Cig-Arette and runs a successful website with information of various products regarding anti-aging and vibrant health.

Quit Smoking The All Natural Way With Cig-Arette

How hard is it to break the Nicotine habit? Nicotine addiction has been compared to heroin and cocaine addiction in severity-the worst part, the withdrawal and the craving. If you've tried to quit cold turkey, then you know about the irritability, impatience, hostility, anxiety, depressed mood, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, headaches, and most of all, the craving. Remember "I'd walk a mile for a Camel"? After 24 hours going cold turkey, I'd have run a marathon to find a butt at the bottom of a trashcan with a couple of hits left on it. (Well, actually, when I was smoking I couldn't have run around the block-but I know from experience all about scrounging for a butt in the trash.)

Most smokers who have tried to quit smoking cold turkey have tried and failed more than once. I can't count the number of times I quit smoking. Finally it dawned on me that I was going to need some help in beating my addiction to nicotine. Why don't people look for help sooner when trying to quit? With me, and I think with most smokers, there is a real love/hate relationship with cigarettes. For a long, long time, I knew I needed to quit-but deep down, I don't think I really wanted to quit. Don't bother looking for aids to quitting smoking-you'll be wasting your money-until you really, and I mean REALLY want to quit.

Okay, so you REALLY want to quit. Should you try one of those popular nicotine gums or patches? All I can say from experience is that it didn't work for me. I tried the gum and the patches and quit smoking for about a month each time, but since the gum and patches contained nicotine, I never got off the actual drug I was addicted to. A good friend of mine did quit smoking with this product, but he became addicted to the gum-an even more expensive habit!

What about a prescription drug? By all accounts, the popular drug Chantix works quite well and contains no nicotine. As with all prescription drugs, however, there is the risk of side effects. If you prefer not to go the prescription drug route, there is an excellent alternative: the all-natural supplement, Cig-Arette.

The Cig-Arette program is a 60-day plan that includes a kit with four different herbal formulas, each specifically designed to help address the worst symptoms associated with quitting smoking: withdrawal from nicotine, cravings, and bodily stress. With the Cig-Arette System, most people begin to feel free of nicotine in just seven days, making it much more likely they will complete the program and quit smoking for good.

Two of the four formulas contain potent herbal extracts that calm the body during nicotine withdrawal. One of the key ingredients, Lobelia, interacts with your nervous system in a manner similar to nicotine, but without being addictive. A third formula contains ingredients specifically selected to help alleviate stress and help the body recover from the damage smoking has caused it. The fourth formula is an aromatic liquid that you carry with you and inhale every time you have a nicotine craving. Just put the opened bottle under your nose and take several deep breaths until the craving is satisfied.

Let me tell you just a few benefits I've realized by quitting smoking: I have better stamina and physical endurance; I've recovered my senses of smell and taste; I personally don't smell like an ashtray; I don't have those ugly stains on my fingers and teeth; no more burn holes in the furniture and on my clothes (and no risk of burning the house down by falling asleep in bed with a cigarette in my hand); I'm not killing my family with second-hand smoke; I'm not killing myself by indulging in a known cause of cancer and heart disease; plus, with the cost of cigarettes these days, I'm saving a ton of money!

You have your own reasons for quitting smoking. I urge you to write them down. And give Cig-Arette a try-it really works. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by acting NOW!

In this day and age there are many technologies available to changing behaviors and feelings in people. When you decide to quit smoking marijuana, you can use the six step method to change your habit patterns permanently. Learn how to make a decision to quit pot, set yourself up for success, interrupt you present habit patterns, give yourself new alternative behaviors, condition your mind for success and experience life as an ex-cannabis smoker. This article will give you the basics of quitting weed in six easy steps that anyone can learn and use to achieve their goal.

Step One - Plan How You Want Things To Be Once You Have Quit

When you decide to quit smoking marijuana, you are committing to changing a habitual behavior. When you do this, you have to make absolutely clear in your mind, what exactly is the change that you want to make. You must decide what do you really want, and then figure out what exactly is preventing you from quitting pot right now. Up until now, what has prevented you from quitting. Write it down so that it is crystal clear in your mind. This will force you to think about how things will be once you have quit for good and consider what you must do in order to change.

Step Two - Motivate Yourself To Quit Marijuana

The first thing you need to quit cannabis permanently is to get to the point where you MUST change no matter what. To get to this place you need to consider some of the negative aspects of smoking marijuana as well as considering some of the benefits you will enjoy once you have quit. For this step you need to write down exactly what the side affects have been in your life. Write down exactly what you have been missing out on as a result of your pot habit. Then write down what type of pain it will case you in the future if you do not take action and quit weed. Finally write down at least three reasons why changing your habits and quitting pot for good will also change you life for the better. Make it clear what benefits you will enjoy in every area of your life. This way you are motivated to break the cycle.

Step Three - Break The Cycle

The habit of smoking cannabis forms a strong cycle that reinforces itself every time you use the substance. To break this cycle it is critical that you do something out of the ordinary such as exercise, taking a bath, or talking with a friend that has already quit marijuana. Even things that are weird, unexpected or outrageous can help. Watching comedy movies can change you mood as well as engaging in a favorite hobby. The more things you have to do as a replacement of your old behaviors the more effective you journey to quit pot will. Make a list of five to ten things you can do instead of weed and pick the top three and use them regularly. Breaking the cycle and creating an empowering alternative is crucial and cannot be stressed enough.

Step Four - Replace Your Old Habit With New Behavior

Eventually when you become successful and quit marijuana for good, you will need to do something else with all the time you free up. What are some of the things you will engage in instead of weed to change your emotional state. Typically you want to do something that you can do anywhere any time. Some people find deep breathing exercises help, other find stretching or listening to music to be beneficial. You will need to make a list of these alternatives, write them down and use them. Once you have done this, all you need to do is to reinforce the new habit you have formed.

Step Five - Reinforce And Practice The New Positive Behavior

To quit pot for good, you need to condition your mind to avoid anything that would trigger a relapse. To avoid falling back into the same old routine, it is very important to practise and condition your new alternative behaviors to the point where it is absolutely natural and automatic. Every time you reinforce the new pattern, you strengthen and condition your mind to be under your control. Eventually it becomes so regular that your new behavior becomes the dominant behavior in your life and you are free from weed permanently. You will find that you are able to carry on with life as if you never had an addiction at all.

Step Six - Test Yourself And Enjoy Your New Capability

When you have completed this process and you want to be sure that your changes will stick, go out and test your new self. You could imagine yourself in the future where you are in that situation again when you would have normally smoked in the past, but see yourself free from cannabis dependence at last. Perhaps you might go visit some of your old friend that you used to spend time with before you quit marijuana and experience your new found ability to overcome addiction. This way you can experience the positive consequences of your decision to quit cannabis.

After working with dozens of clients in helping them to quit smoking pot and change their lives, it is clear that each step must be considered carefully and acted upon. Read this article as many times as you need, and when your ready follow the six steps and quit marijuana for good. Remember to decide exactly what you want, motivate yourself to quit, break the old cycle, replace your old habit with new behavior, reinforce it, and enjoy your new life. Use the six steps as many times as you need with my blessing and live life under your terms and under your control.

Trying to quit smoking? This can be one of the hardest things for you to accomplish in your life time. Usually when you are trying to quit smoking you warn everyone around you that you are doing this and to expect you to be miserable for several weeks. You have heard stories over and over again from other smokers about how hard it is to quit smoking, how stressful it is and how much weight they have gained. Looking at these facts it appears that you don't have a chance or a slim one at best. That is where The Quit Smoking Right Now program comes in. This program will give you the tools and understanding to go into your quitting smoking journey with out the fear of weight gain, conquering the fears and stress with quitting smoking and giving you the ability to finally take your life back.

Every smoker, especially the females fear that they will gain weight when they quit smoking. There are many reasons why this happens to smokers. Many think it's from the oral fixation from smoking that is causing them to continually put food into their mouth or they just constantly feel hungry or they are just eating to distract themselves from not smoking. This doesn't have to be the case. With the Quit Smoking Right Now program you will discover the reasons why you gain weight and learn how you can avoid all of these pitfalls.

The path to quitting smoking can be long, rough and extremely stressful. It doesn't help that it appears that all of the odds at stacked against us. It feels like it is you versus everyone else and no one is on your side. This mindset shouldn't be the case when you are quitting smoking. Think about it you should be very excited and happy that you have finally decided to kick the habit. But this is never the case. We have been brainwashed since we were children to believe that we can never actually quit smoking, or that we should be miserable each and everyday after we decide to finally quit. With this program you will learn how to undo all of this brainwashing so you can finally be excited and happy about quitting smoking and begin the process of taking your life back.

So honestly how would it feel to take your life back? No, this isn't a rhetorical question. Think about how long you have been smoking? Everyday needing a cigarette to get up in the morning also needing one to sleep at night. Constantly having that little counter in your head so you know exactly how many cigarettes you are carrying. Making detours to the store to buy your next pack of cigarettes. Smoking has been controlling you life for many years now. What is it worth to you to finally take your life back?

The Quit Smoking Right Now program is a revolutionary program created by an ex-smoker. He understands all of the pitfalls and obstacles that we face each and everyday on our journey to becoming a non-smoker. You will receive all of the tools that you will need to complete this journey with as little stress as possible, with out any weight gain and allow you to be in control of your life once again.

He was 57 years old with diabetes since the age of 18, served in the military for 6 years. Was a successful salesperson for a well-known company in the lumber industry. He had started smoking at 18 with little health risk at the time and without knowing what the future would hold continued to smoke after that first cigarette.

Over the years, he had stopped smoking a few times with being successful when he did quit. As thing becomes upsetting in his life, he would turn back to smoking for the ability to calm down. As he thought, smoking would help with stress and anxiety that was in the life. As time went on, he continued to smoke. At the age of 42, he had a major heart attack ending up with five by passes and pacemaker for the heart. As everyone knows smoking is not good for the health. Doctors would tell him all the time this. He would hear of smoking stories.

His regular doctor after years of preaching the non-smoking slogan and said, "I see your mother could not get you to stop smoking, so I guess I won't be able to either.

Ten years went on with him cutting down smoking, almost quitting, found him once again with more health problems. As being a diabetic, the right leg was losing feeling and the toes were turning colors. He had gangrene in the toes and to have all of them amputated. Life for him, he thought, was getting better now and yes continues to smoke but again less. Doctor prescribed some anxiety pills to help with the depression and anxiety going on in his life at that time. This did help with cutting down the number of cigarettes a day but he continued.

Two years later, he had a stroke that paralyzed his right side, sending him to a nursing home for a month to recover. Recovery was quick as he was always strong and did a great job at the recovery. Only to get out to smoke, smoking I think by now had become his passion. In addition, the smoking stories have not stopped him. The years went on and the health was stable until his foot, the right one that had the toes amputated had gangrene having the leg removed just below the knee. From there the health went done. Each day things become more difficult with only one good leg.

Couple of years later he ended up with rotor cup surgery, which after several weeks he had a major heart attack as that led to congestive heart failure. Within the course of 3 years, the health went down. He went blind, without getting up and moving a lot the lungs would diminish leaving congestive heart. Not eating properly, excising some on a regular basis, left him very ill and helpless. On December 28, 2005, Ken died in his home with smoking his last cigarette about 4 hours before he died.
